Give the child high calorie foods which are healthy, such as fresh fruit milk shakes , eggs , dry fruits , nuts and seeds, stuff paranthas z panner , ghee , legumes such aa black gram dal , rajma , chana etc
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl12 months agoA. 34 is an average weight gain for the child it’s not less actually further I’m just going to recommend you to give more of proteins to the child for overall weight gain and development and if you want you can also put your child into some physical class like swimming and all that will also help and the height is totally based on the genetics of the child so currently for a 16 year old girl this height is quite decent rest you can check with your doctor if you need to
