My son is 16 months old and he is having cold since last a month.Already got examined by a paediatrician and as per him chest is clear and there is no infection. The major problem is running nose. Please advice

A. allergic in nature ok. in monsoon season baby will be having cold and cough frequently due to viral infections sometimes allergies please give steam inhalation frequently and saline drops in the nose of the baby
