my son is 16 month old and he is having bloody stool once in day....is there any serious and what should I do???

A. stool is already soft and mussy....but there are mark of blood

A. Hello, your baby boy is 16 months old and he is getting bloody stools once a day so mostly he has a fishure in ano and needs stools softner as well
