Q.
my son is 15mnth old . he'd cold yesterday and had little fever.which mdcn I give for that.also he did not gaining weight properly..

Cold most of the time is a viral illness where there could be running nose sneezing along with cough and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration . steam inhalation will also be useful in this . cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be used once a proper evaluation by the doctor is done and according to the type of cough its prescribed. if any fegyver is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the temperature and the dosde can be repeated again after 6 hours if required .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. Sinarist For cold can be given to the child and for fever you can go ahead with giving Calpol to the child what is the medicines are good enough to go ahead with so you can do both the medicines to the child for a minimum of three days
