My son is 14month old and his hunger is not getting satisfied every half an hour he keeps on eating solid as well he is on breastfeed still ... so what could be the solution if anyone can help

A. Usually it's because they're going through a heavy growth stage. This is when you really need to trust your baby and follow their cues. They know how much they need! If you follow their cues, you will not be overfeeding them.
