My son is 14 months old. On his right side of lips small red rashes are appearing early in the morning and disappearing in the evening . This is happening since 2 week's.Why it is happening plz tell me the reason.

A. hi it might happen because of food or cosmetics allergy so you can apply thin layer of coconut oil there. keep an eye on your child diet. avoid using any cosmetics. always clean your child mouth well after each meal.
