my son is 14 months old from last few days he is not taking any solid food only drinking milk and last two days he didn't eat a pinch of food he is week and sleeping more when ever I try to give food he is crying please tell me what should i do

Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor’s advice diligently.
