my son is 14 month old. i want to know How much weight should be given in one meal?? give example with khichdi weight.

As such there is no fixed quantity as how much food baby should be given.
Give as demanded by the baby.
If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day, gaining weight then that means ur baby is taking sufficient meal.
