my son is 13month old and from last few days his eyes are swelling in the morning and now it is red.He is rubbing his eyes.we travelled to different city and one of the doctor gave tobastar eye drop which is not helpful and other doctor gave neosprin eye ointment should I use that?? Also can we goto ENT specialist who is not pediatric but looks only elder..will that be helpful?or we should goto only ENT Pediatric?
