Q.

My son is 13 months old. I’m done he eats a cup of fall, or oats, etc and just before going to bed he takes around 200 ml milk from bottle. He had been a breastfed baby as he never took up the bottle feed. Now he has started using bottle a little. But every night he wakes up many times and only way to calm him down is breastfeeding. He never sleeps throughout the night What to do? Note- we dont breastfeed him throughout the day.

A. Hello mom try to add ghee to his meals and also prefer a filling dinner and also gradually increase the quantity and also maintain a time gap between the meal and sleep time

Q. My son is almost 2.5 years old but he needs a milk bottle before his afternoon nap and night sleep. Apart from these two times he does not drink milk and has water from a cup. I have tried a lot to not give him bottle before bed or give milk in a Sippy/straw cup but he just doesn’t drink it that way. Hello mam my one year old used to do vomiting a lot while having solids.i used to give him ragi porridge or any other porridge around 180 to 200 ml bowl at 7.30 or 8 am after that he will take a lil bit of feed at 10.45 or 11 am i give him fruits mostly apple puree around 150 ml after that i give him khichdi or rice with some sabji or daal around 200 ml at 12.30 to 12.45 and then he takes a lil bit of feed.
