Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. at this age the weight of the child depends upon the genetic patterns as well as that the child is taking so as a doctor I would advise you to meet a doctor who will take the genetic patterns into consideration along with proper dietary history and tell you what is the cause

Some babies don’t gain weight easily but in such cases if your baby is active and taking proper meals on time then everything is fine and nothing to worry about. You should not worry about wait just see babies activeness. And if baby is taking all the nutrition through food that is enough.
