first ,as a child is 12 months old ,you can start giving almost all food items which is prepared at home.
so ,for Healthy weight gain,you can prepare paneer sabji ,paneer chilla ,boiled egg, potato, sweet potato, rice, chickpea , sheera , etc for your child.
you can give fruits like apple, banana, papaya, avacado etc
