Q.

my son is 120 days old... how can i check that is my breast milk is Enough for him or not...

A. breastmilk is always sufficient till completion of six months. child should double it's birth weight by completion of six months and triples by one year. child should sleep well and pass pee and poop regularly

A. This We actually you cannot measure as it it is it is sufficient for you a lot so there are certain things which we feel can help in this if your child is full for more than two hours in a go then that’s good and if your child is gaining a minimum weight of 400 g every month and the birth weight is two times by the age of six months or before that then I think the breast feed that you’re providing is good enough
