This We actually you cannot measure as it it is it is sufficient for you a lot so there are certain things which we feel can help in this if your child is full for more than two hours in a go then that’s good and if your child is gaining a minimum weight of 400 g every month and the birth weight is two times by the age of six months or before that then I think the breast feed that you’re providing is good enough
