Q.

My son is 11 months old. I am giving him steel cut oats with dal and vegetables for breakfast. Rice dal sabji for lunch. Store purchased Daliya/ceralac/suji/sivaiyan without sugar for evening snacks. My question is Is giving daliya or suji everyday okay if he is liking it. A lot of people say to avoid processed food.

A. Suji and daliya are not processed foods and daliya is very nutritious and so as suji as processed foods are tinned foods which should be avoided so you can give no problem
