Q.

my son is 10 months old single tooth is not erupted yet does he is in calcium defeciency?

A. it is very common that you can easily weight for 13 months to 15 months before first tooth eruption and till that time kindly give regular milk as well as vitamin d supplements if required

A. Hello ma’am No it is not due to calcium deficiency it sometimes happens and kids start to have their teeth after the age of 10 months or maybe 12 months but all of these things are considered completely normal so do not worry about it and in the meanwhile start with homoeopathic medication called calcareous PHOS6 tablet three times a day with a gap of six hours for easy teething as and when it happens
