Q.

my son is 10 months old he got his 4 teeths when he was 8 months old. now again 2 more erupted he got fever and rashes around the mouth now what is the reason behind this issue

A. its common during teething. give him calpol drops fir fever and i crease breast feeding. clean his drool with moist cotton cloth and apply coconut oil to avoid drool rash.
