my son is 10 months old,can I give him oats in dinner?

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. for dinner you should have a proper meal as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha as dal roti aalo parantha paneer parantha gobi parantha palak parantha.. as wheat is the staple food for dinner.. it will promote bowel movement and sleep also.. oats as break fast or evening snacks will be good..
