my son is 10 month old and can i start salt.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. good to start after 1 year of age .. better to avoid adding salt and sugar till one year..as it will affect your baby's developing kidney.. You can give different taste by adding simple herbs n spices
