A. Hello, every baby is an individual so it’s difficult to say when exactly she will start sleeping better at night, -Offer a good amount of feed right before you go to bed. -Try to encourage your baby to eat more during the daytime. Because more he eats in daytime, lesser hungry will he be at night. -This may include giving bath, singing songs, changing nappies; massaging etc that can make it clear to child that night is for sleeping. -Teach your baby on how to differentiate between night and day. -Make sure that you keep your room dark at night. Even if baby wakes up for feeding, do not switch on the lights and use the dim night lamps only. h

A. make sure that baby has good dinner. Give tummy full foods for better sleep. Also give warm milk before bedtime. Night dinner food and milk will keep tummy fillingand bbay will have a peaceful sleep and you can also have a good sleep. If still baby wakes up Avoid day time sleep or you can give warm bath before bedtime.
