my son is 1 year old nd having fever from last 7 days ... giving medicine but fever is coming nd going y so am worried.he is having throat infection so

A. fever for more than 3 days is not a simple fever and examination is required for the same and yxou can continue to give the fever medicine like paracetamol and if needed higher medicine like ibugesic / meftal p. kindly do body sponge and give fluids at regular intervals and reguzlar diet and meet the doctor immediately.
