My son is 1 year old and he has allergies how to improve his immune system please help me he has poor weight

ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, since when you are noticing these changes and what kind of allergic symptoms are there? Like rashes, loose stools, vomiting, tummy pain etc? Is it happening with all foods?
