Q.

My son is 1 year and 3 months old. it looks like his teething is a bit delayed. only 4 top and 3 bottom teeth came till now. Is it something to worry about ?

A. for tooth development and eruption the first important thing is that the child should not have deficiency of calcium and vitamin d. first tooth eruption can occur anytime between 6 months to 18 months of age. deficiency is there or not will be told by the doctor. there is no need to worry because manyd times the first tooth eruption may occur as late as 16 to 18 months of age also. so if your personal doctor is not worried then no need to worry from your sided

A. If there are seven teeth already then how can the process be delayed that is just a misconception you’re having a child would have its first between between the age of 17 months your child already has 17th as of now so I do not see any delay in the process
