Q.
My son is 1 year 8 months,he is having cough.I have given him HH lintus ex syrup.i did not know that we should not give below 2 years.andni realised I should not give him any medicine without doctor's advice.But my concern is that will it have side effects to him after consuming.i have given him 4 ml.his weight is 9.5.kindly suggest.should I go to doctor now immediately.

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello good evening !! Check if baby is active as normally do or any drowsiness,sleeping more ,any swelling. Generally more dosage causes drowsiness,swelling... If you observe any such then consult paediatrician. As you realised regarding giving medicines without doctors prescription hope you wont repeat furtherly.
