Q.

my son is 1 year 1 months year old..he is having fever...doctor prescribed some paracetamol...but the problem is fever temperature decrease only when we give the paracetamol...after few hours of dose temperature increase again

A. hi. keep a track on temprature. and give paracetomol as per instructions. if no improvement after 3 days, do foloow up visit with your treating doctor for further management. ok

A. It is a nature of the fever to keep pricing every 4 to 6 hours and if it does not subside totally by completing the time of maximum three days then it would be a problem where you have to go for further testing to know if it is a normal fever it is viral dengue malaria typhoid which are very much in season right now so three days this is a normal thing that you are saying
