A. weight is good, keep it up.. give all family food.. Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all. No biscuits and other packaged and processed foods. They are just loaded with sugar and not healthy. Work around the baby's schedule based on family meal time. Babies need good fats like ghee, unsalted butter, coconut, etc. Normal cooking oil whichever the family uses can also be used. Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables.

A. Hello dear parent, a baby should be 10 kgs ( 9 to 11 kgs) by age 1 year. So yes your baby is gaining absolutely well as per his age. Just give him good and healthy diet to eat. And lists of water to drink. As that will also help in maintaining proper diet.
