My son is 1 y old can I give him juice in morning at 9am ?

A. yes can give juice in morning... no worries. Give 3 meals and 1 or 2 snacks a 1 year old baby. Give all family food in soft and little mashed form..don't give puree form

A. hi better to avoid giving juice ideally , breakfast should be healthy . so instead of it ,I would suggest to give fruits slices ,dates ladoo (see it's recipe in my profile) , multigrain idli , etc to your child
