Q.

my son is 1 month old while passing urine he always pass the motion little little and everytime he does the same and having gas problem and doing motion a lot

A. it may be tah gas. This looks fine for the age and there is no need to worry for this . can wait for some time and if the problem remains then you can consult any doctor for the Thorough examination and treatment .
