my son is 1 month 12 days. he have gas problem.only mother feeding milk he drink he is trying to pass motion and gas whole day and his face get red when it releases than he relax.gas problem is normal or any suggestion please be provide.

A. ir is fien for .Breast milk is very necessary for the growing baby specially for the first 6 month of life and should be exclusively. If due to any reason not possible then only top milk should be given to the baby .
