Q.
My son is 1.6 years old and cotor recommended Sturgeon tablet for motion sickness. How should i give this tablet? Can i mix in water and give it to him? Or shall i powder it and give him?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. You should ask your doctor only regarding giving the medicine to the child and for motion sicknessavoid giving heavy foods abd liquids before starting the journey and give something to chew or lick a vitamin C toffee

It's totally up to you but best way is yoh should mix it in water and then give it to your baby as if you give in powdered form then it will be difficult for baby to eat it and it will dry his mouth,so better way is you should mix it with water and then give atleast half an hour before you travel.
