my son is 1.5 year old. from two days he is suffering from fever and thin potty frequently . red red rashes occured in his urinary area. he is feeling so much pain and even not eat anything. please help for resolving these issues.

A. good to consult with paediatrician to get the evaluation done. give plenty of fluids , apply Softramycin skin cream over affected area. avoid diaper. . .
