Q.

My son in 19onths old, he had Covid last week I have noticed his appetite is low, He generally doesn’t eat without distractions 1, can any one suggest me how should I stop feeding him without any distractions 2, he doesn’t show interest in fruits How should I make him try fruits and juices 3, any diet for Covid recovery toddler?

A. Hello mom It is quite normal after Covid if you will keep trying then baby will start taking proper meals again. Now your baby body is weak and in such case you should just try to give daily routine food to your baby. Because there are no food restrictions now and you can add anything in babies regular diet plan
