my son hridaan is 3months old....he is in good health...but from birth he is on fm as my breast milk is low...now he spit cuddled like milk but is not vommiting...is dere any harm...am using aptamil for him

A. give feed. Breast feeding should be exclusive till 6 month of age of baby if possible . If not feasible then only top milk should be given . After 6 month can start wil rice and dal water along with top milk .
