Q.
my son he is 2.7 years only speaking alphabets numbers parts of body and saying few words like egg orange cookies apple he want cookies he will say cookies..but he won't say mummy daddy..his eye contact good he understands all emotions he waves bye when goes outside he gives hyphae says good night when I say it .but won't call us mummy daddy grand pa....he play with children only few minutes after that he plays lonely
