my son he is 1 year 2 months old... from last two days he is having high grade fever(i.e. 103.2 , 1.02.9) which last lasts for 6 hrs specially in nyt... i hv giving him syp. pcm 3 ml QID... What is d cause of fever ?? he has only fever plz prescribe sm medicine... thank you in advance

A. need to be considered. Temperature more than 99 is fever and if it is more than 99 on 3 episode the. Give paracetamol to baby up to 4 times in a day . It may be any viral . And if remains more than 2 days then consult a doctor .
