my son having wound on nosw and below eye. can you please suggest

A. If there is a wound you can apply TBACT ointment and you can merge well in the skin so that would be a good thing to do right now and you can check with your doctor also check if you need to get a tetanus shot done because I’m not sure about what is the reason behind the wound
