Q.

My son having slight fever 99.4, rest no other complain , is it because of heat in weather or what, pls advise .

A. it might be due to hot weather. fever is consider as temp above 100 F. keep temp check timely n act accirdingly. give himlots of fluids, n keep comfirtable room temp.
