my son having infection diarrhoea. from last night watery stool not pass. it is stop after medicine. but he had not als pass the urine also in whole night. what to do. i had visited the doctor yesterday he gave medicine and told to observe he urine output. but he is not urinating properly. what to do

As the problem persists even after medication better to consult your doctor for further evaluation and advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor’s advice diligently.
