my son having fever from last two days but from last night he doesn't have fever but today morning he said he is having calf pain and not walking properly what may be the reason

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. that is post viral limb pain and you will have to give plenty of water to drink and proper rest and you can also give massage and it can continue for the year 4 days and then it should resolve and for pain you can give paracetamol and as needed ibugesic
