my son having fever and started calpol 250 mg and antibiotic as per Dr. advise, thought fever not reduced, 103 is showing , please advise

A. hi. if fever is not reduce half hour afyer giving calpol syp, you can start doing tepid sponging using room temprature water to bring down high temprature. give calpol in every 4 to 6 hourly
