my son having a loose motion can I give him to oflaxacin & metronidazole suspension oflox oz can you please tell me the doses? for him

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high gradyfte fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
