my son have very cough and cold with feaver.his motion also loosey.what is the solution or medicine for this

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician3 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 29 months old and he is having a severe cough and fever with loose motions as well so give him syrup cefexime 100 mg twice a day with syrup sinarest and Ascoril Ls syrup 3 ml each for 3 times a day
