make a habit to say no. baby should understand that he wont get everything he demands.
also encourage good behavior by giving stars, small stickers , have a play date with kids of same age if possible.

there is no single cause of aggression ,as it could be the result of several factors like parental ,familial , social,etc
so at first spend quality time with your child.
it will help to calm down your child.
Be role model for your child.
Appreciate your child when they do Right things instead of criticizing.
say no firmly whenever it is necessary.
set a schedule and rules for your child but please don't be harsh.
limit your child screen time.
