Q.

my son have some rashes at neck one of the doctor advice to apply Dosetil 0.05% twice. is it recommended or not. plz suggest medicine

A. This may require proper skinnevaluation, so to clear your doubts regarding this and to receive proper information you should consult your pediatrician/concerned doctor who will guide you in a proper way and will also suggest proper investigation if so required after clinical examination and taking detailed history. That will be a better approach for a proper treatment regarding this.

A. hi as it is prescribed by your pediatrician ,you may use it . but if you have doubt , better to confirm with your pediatrician for once. you can apply thin layer of coconut oil there. prefer collar less Cotton clothes for your child. keep your child in well vantileted room
