My son have fever seems 3 month, pls suggest

A. hello for fever you can give Paracetamol and in regards to the other medicine it will be better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide do you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly and the dosage of the medicine would depend on the baby weight so check with your doctor
