my son have completed 6 month and he have got 2 tooth so due to early 🦷 he is not gaining weight.

No It is not only a child can have its teeth after completing the age of three months at any point of time if your child has two teeth already then that’s good mostly by the age of year and a half your child will have all its teeth so that’s good only there is nothing wrong with
