my son have brown spot on his tummy and his right thigh suddenly what is the reason, he is 7 months old now

difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not.
advisable to remain in contact with your doctor for proper guizdance and treatment

The Sweety is very difficult to figure out what could be the reason so you should get it personally checked with your doctor because this pain at least you can be completely sure about the reason behind it and accordingly there is any medicine cream anything as per the situation is Rekha recommended the doctor would advise accordingly
