Q.
my son has stomach pain.for snacks he ate dragon fruit and for lunch he had 3 palak chapati with paneer curry and at 10 pm he vomited also.i gave cyclopam syrup 6 ml at 8:30pm.but he can't get relief

I think it is because of over eating and that is why this is happening your child at three Chapati and then after that your child is also having stomach pain yet so which is I’m going to recommend you that you just give little bit of Eno or Digene to the child that would be a good option to be given to the child
