my son has spot on his private parts and I use b4 nappy cream. I have used Himalayas rashes cream also. what should I use there?

What Kind of sports are you talking about you know you have not made it clear is it some kind of like red sports or pimple or anything like that so if there is something you feel it’s fungal infection that you can use candid be otherwise you can just go ahead with using Boroline anti septic cream
