my son has small pimples on his butt..he uses diapers at night...what cream should I apply.

A. Boroline septic cream you can use but if the pimples kind of thing is there then also check if it is a fungal infection because pimples can be associated with that and lastly why are you using diapers at the age of 4 1/2 years it’s extremely unhygienic and unhealthy for the child
