Q.
my son has runny nose and little cough and little red with tired eyes..and also having little fever from past 2 days .fever is on and off... currently we are staying in Sweden where the temps is in minus degrees.please suggest medicine for the cold and cough..as soon possible..my mother coming from India to here tomorrow so she can bring the medicine. thank you in advance.

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. just steam for the baby. Blockage of nose is due to the common cold and flu due to season variation . Steam along with other home remedy like maintaining baby temperature will help . Nasal drop like nasovion for block . Other medications like paracetamol for fever can be given if any fever .

Sinarist He is one of the best medicines that you can go for it is an antiallergic you can give about 3ML to your child twice a day for minimum three days maximum five days since your mother is coming tomorrow I would advise you as of now you can give indirect steam to the child if required you can nebulise your child this is something which is beneficial at this point of time
